8 Days Tour Through US Route 66

Day 1: Chicago – St. Louis

Take morning tour to downtown of Chicago and see the origin of Route 66.  Then, depart for St. Louis. Upon arrival, visit the landmark of the St. Louis Arch and explore the historic city.

Day 2: St. Louis – Oklahoma City

After breakfast, drive through Kansas to reach Oklahoma City, known for its cowboy culture and capitol complex. You will see the the historic shops and traces of old western world while driving on the old Highway 66.

Day 3: Oklahoma City – Amarillo – Albuquerque

Amarillo is famous for it’s Texas steak as it accounts for 88% of Texas beef production. Passing by Cadillac Ranch, a famous roadside scenery where visitors can freely paint on the cars. Tour to Albuquerque and explore the region’s Native American heritage.

Day 4: Albuquerque

Morning, experience the longest aerial ropeway in the world, the Sandia Peak Aerial Cableway, and see the rolling hills of the Rocky Mountains. Explorer the historic town of Winslow, Arizona, where Highway 66 was routed through. 

Day 5: Grand Canyon National Park

The Colorado Grand Canyon National Park is one of the world wonders for its spectacular landscape and vibrant colors. It’s highly rated for a must-see site and a treasure of American natural history.

Day 6: Las Vegas

Morning free and you can visit landmark sites such as Treasure Island, Golden Temple, MGM, Caesar’s Palace, Excalibur, Monte Carlo, Bellagio, etc. Evening, enjoy the maleficent view of the strip filled with colorful neon lights.

Day 7: Las Vegas – Los Angeles

Morning transfer to Los Angeles and take city tour visit the downtown, China town, little Tokyo, etc.

Day 8: Los Angeles – Departure

After breakfast, tour visit the Hollywood Boulevard visit the Chinese Theatre, Walk of Fame, etc. A visit to the Route 66 End of the Trail by the famous Santa Monica Beach draws a conclusion to this unforgettable journey. Transfer to airport for departure.
